Adeel Ahsan ("we", "us", or "our") built the Archi Designer app as a free utility tool. This page informs users regarding our policy on the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

      Archi Designer works entirely on your device with no internet connection required.
    

🏗️ How the App Works

Archi Designer is an architectural plot layout tool built as an HTML file bundled as a local asset inside the APK. It runs entirely within an Android WebView without communicating with any external server, API, or third-party service.

All design data (projects, plots, dimensions, floor plans) is saved only on your device using the browser's built-in IndexedDB and localStorage APIs.
No data ever leaves your device.
The app does not load any external scripts, fonts, images, or resources from the internet.

📊 Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. Specifically, the app does not collect, access, or transmit:

Name, email address, or any contact information
Device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, advertising ID)
Location data (GPS or network-based)
Camera or microphone data
Photos or media from your device storage (images accessed for import stay on-device only)
Usage analytics or crash reports
IP address or network information
Any content you create in the app

🛡️ Android Permissions

Starting from version 1.0.0 (2026), Archi Designer requests the following Android permissions solely to enable local file import and export on your device:

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE	Allows the app to export your project as a JSON file or PNG image to your device storage.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE	Allows the app to import a previously saved JSON project file from your device storage.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES	Required on Android 13+ to read image files from device storage for import purposes.

      These permissions are used only for on-device file operations. No files, images, or project data are uploaded to any server or shared with any third party. All exported files remain on your device under your full control.
    

The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other device feature beyond the storage permissions listed above.

💾 Local Data Storage

Your project data (plot names, dimensions, layout configurations) is saved locally on your device using IndexedDB and localStorage — standard browser storage technologies that keep data on-device only.

This data is never uploaded to any server.
It is only accessible within the app on your device.
You can delete all stored data at any time by clearing the app's data from Android Settings → Apps → Archi Designer → Storage → Clear Data.

🔗 Third-Party Services

This app does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or social media platforms. No data is shared with any third party.

👨‍👩‍👧 Children's Privacy

Archi Designer does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, the app is safe for use by people of all ages.

🔐 Security

Because no personal information is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk of unauthorized disclosure. Your project data remains entirely within your device's local storage and is subject to Android's standard app sandboxing protections.
